The newest phase offers 122 fully-furnished studios and 1-3 bedroom apartments of 463 sq. ft to 3,003 sq. ft in size. The units come with 3 different views, including Yas Links views, a sea view and a garden view. These residences are designed for Airbnb, which is perfect for those interested in earning a passive income. The community has excellent infrastructure for recreation and sports. There are swimming pools, landscaped gardens, and fitness centres, as well as walking and jogging paths around the buildings. For children, there are playgrounds outside and playrooms inside the buildings.
