Under his leadership, Poseidon Group operates across four continents, managing a diversified portfolio of commercial and residential property assets in partnership with institutional and private investors.
Jelena Ajdaric
Head of OperationsJelena is a dynamic operations leader with over a decade of strategic and operational experience driving performance across real estate and wider corporate functions. She leads operations for Poseidon's Real Estate Division while overseeing operational strategy and delivery across the wider Poseidon Group, with responsibility for operational execution, process optimisation, and cross-functional alignment to support growth and service excellence.
Jelena is skilled in strategic planning, personnel management, and delivering results in fast-paced, complex environments. Her leadership ensures seamless operational performance across market expansion, client engagement, and organisational efficiency.
Tim Jones
General ManagerTim is General Manager of Poseidon Real Estate LLC, bringing over two decades of leadership experience across defence, security, and international business. A former British Army Special Forces leader, he served 24 years, including 16 years with the SAS, gaining extensive expertise in operations, training, and organisational development in complex environments.
Based in the UAE since 2003, he has successfully established and led multiple businesses across the region. Known for his disciplined yet approachable leadership style, he combines operational excellence with integrity and strong interpersonal skills to deliver results across diverse teams and markets.
